Return Policy
Customs
For international orders, your purchase may be subject to customs duties, which the recipient is responsible for. Master Wong Productions is not liable for unpaid customs duties and will not provide refunds for orders returned due to customs issues. Please check the customs policies of your country before placing an order.
Shipping Time
Orders are processed daily. Standard shipping typically takes 10-14 business days, while express shipping takes 2-5 business days. Although most orders ship within an average of two weeks, some delays may occur, extending your order's delivery time up to 20 business days. Please understand that Master Wong Productions does not offer cancellation services due to these delays.
For standard shipping, please plan ahead and order in advance to ensure timely arrival! Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking code via email. If your package does not arrive within 17 business days of shipment, please contact our customer service center.
Failed Deliveries
Master Wong Productions is not responsible for packages returned due to factors beyond our control (e.g., recipient unavailable, customs issues). Such situations will incur additional shipping costs, different from our usual discounted rates. You will receive an email notification if the shipment is returned, and if no action is taken within three weeks, we reserve the right to process the shipment accordingly.
Refunds/Cancellations
Cancellations: Once your order is placed, your package will be quickly prepared for shipping. We accept cancellations within 6 hours after payment. After this delay, cancellations may be subject to the preparation status of your order.
Refunds: Your satisfaction is our priority. If there are any issues with your order, please contact us, and we will do our best to assist you. If you receive an incorrect or defective product within four weeks of placing your order, you may request a refund to your original payment method. Claims made after four weeks will not be honored. If your package is lost during transit, notify us as soon as possible, and we will initiate an investigation with DHL Express. If the package cannot be located after the investigation, you can request a refund or a free replacement, which will be shipped via express delivery. If you do not report a lost package within four weeks, we will not be able to compensate you for the loss.
Returns: If you receive the wrong product, we will offer a refund or replacement. We value your feedback on our products, as your opinions are important to us.
