Born in 1944 in Johor Bahru, Master Wong Kong was active in both political and business circles during his youth. In middle age, he was beset by severe health issues, including diabetes, hypertension, heart disease, kidney failure, and liver cirrhosis. He suffered five heart attacks but was fortunately saved each time. Despite seeking various traditional and Western medicines and remedies, Master Wong's condition did not improve until he encountered a benefactor, Madam Lily Wong, who treated him with fresh herbs. His miraculous recovery astonished the medical community. |
Inspired by this experience, Master Wong Kong developed a keen interest in fresh herbs and became a apprentice of Madam Lily Wong. Embracing the spirit of "If neither heaven nor hell accepts me, then I will stay and help others," he embarked on a journey to study herbs and heal patients. Master Wong Kong dedicated himself to researching herbal medicine and passed on his knowledge to his son and apprentices, hoping that fresh herbs would be passed down through generations, benefiting and healing more people. |
